Fontana Nissan -- We want your input!
 

Hey guys,

Just wanted to see if we can get your honest feedback on our website. We are evaulating what we like/dislike about the site and how we can improve on it. Thought we would ask YOU, the consumer, for your honest input.

Is there something you'd like to see on the site that isn't there? Is it user friendly? Can you find what you're looking for? Are we competitive?

The layout is super fugly with broken links































Kidding........ Just kidding.

It's looks a bit busy on the homepage, but it's good. Shows the discounts and deals straight. I like. Also, when searching new inventory. It says make and then click for the Nissan ...lol. But that's probably because used cars are listed there also in used inventory.

I like how you list inventory with pics and details. Dealers here hide there inventory on the sites, I hate that. So +1 to you.

BTW, I was confused by your comments...then realized somehow my link was for the Dealership site...I just changed it to our Parts site!

I like the site, easy to navigate and its clear.


The only thing I would change is...

On the home page, you have the pic of your Z; That's all sweet and all but then at the bottom you have the 'Welcome to Fontana Nissan Parts' and some info about the company. IMO, they need to switch places or atleast have the 'Welcome to Fontana Nissan Parts' moved up the page where the user can see it when the page loads. (I have my pixels @ 1440 x 900.)


I'm at work, when I get home I'll make a chop of what I am talking about...

Great suggestion...thank you very much!!! I actually applied what you said and moved the "Welcome to Fontana Nissan Parts" to the top.

I also made some changes to the left column making it a little easier to find what you're looking for (I hope!)

Once again, thanks for the suggestions...it is greatly appreciated! I am constantly looking for new ways to make it easier and more user friendly...I know how frustrating it can be when you can't find what you're looking for on a website!
