What if

was just thinking that it is likely that the z400 will . 1 never be built. 2 be a electric car. 3 be very expensive. 4 be a 4 seat car. 5 other .
will that make late model 370 s somewhat of a collector item?

My guess is no. 370Z has been around since MY2009 with very few changes. Nothing special about the later/last MYs.

But who knows? The collector market can be weird.

What you fail to take into account is sports cars like the Z tend to be lost to accidents.Combined with the fact that not many unmolested samples will remain.

Even among sports cars, clean examples will rapidly dwindle compared to other low production sports cars. For example, Corvette and Porsche owners tend to be a more mature demographic with a lower likelihood of wrapping their car around a tree or molesting them with tasteless mods.

It really will depend on availability and desirability. With everything going towards electric and hybrid power, two-seater RWD gas powered cars will be very desirable in the future. 350z prices are already beginning to go up as less unmolested examples are available. The 370z will be no different.

Every vehicle has a bottom. The problem is how far down is that bottom. How many years before turn around.
