Tell me more about it's brakes...

Will they fail with moderate strain like the 370?

Lol, even faster now that the car will be heavier with more power.

The proto Z had GT-R calipers so there's some hope; at the very least there's a mounting adapter for them that is available now. But I'm pretty sure the recent reveal just had the same Akebono calipers. Perhaps the GT-R brakes will be a Nismo model feature.

Stop tech trophy kit /thread.

Or Essex AP Racing radical 9660 kit if they would finally support the z.

R&T tested lapped all day on a track in a performance model with upgraded Nismo pads and rave about the brakes saying they're the highlight and never faded. Also had great top of pedal feel and modulation. In another R&T article Nissan announced that next year Nismo will also start selling a 6/4 piston caliper kit with larger slotted rotors and the aforementioned pads.
