Emissions test reads 'not ready'...should I be worried?

Forgive the newness of this OP, I just got my first Z last Wednesday and took it yesterday for my Provincial emissions test, three of the sensors showed 'not ready'. I drove it home 800 miles over two days then another two days through city driving, all within a five day period. Everything in the car is stock, no additions or mods.

On the 6th day I took it first thing to the dealership after about a 30 minute city drive and it STILL wasn't ready. Shouldn't the sensors be in a ready state after all that?

The service manager said that they had to switch the voice command in the Bluetooth from French to English and that 'may have affected the sensors' but I wonder if they disconnected the battery for the safety inspection before doing the emissions test.

The service manager wanted to take the car home overnight and 'get it ready' the next morning but I declined. Its going back in tomorrow to see if the dealership can run the proper cycles to get it to pass.

Is it anyone's experience that for some reason their vehicle couldn't be 'made ready' and should I be concerned? The car is a 2012 model but was bought from a Nissan dealership.

Not sure about the previous owner but I took it back today and all of the sensors but 1 were 'ready'. Got the E-test pass so all is good. I think the dealer disconnected the battery the first time it was there and just didn't want to say they f-ed up. Anyways, all is good.
