The dealer will probably tell you yes, searching warranty hfc on google should produce the appropriate reading and answer you are looking for.

Cbe and intakes won't.

I would keep them. I work for a different car line and when it comes down to anything engine related for warranty they will want to see the stock ones on.

FYI, HFCs are illegal in CA and will not pass the CA smog inspection.

As part of a CA smog test, the inspector is supposed to inspect the catalytic converters to confirm that they have not been modified or replaced.

With that said, if the inspector does not recognize the HFC as a modification and your car passes the sniff test, then you're good to go. It's simply a matter of buyer beware.

I actually threw a code (P0152) and thought I was screwed for warranty purposes since I had Berk HFCs installed, but they replaced the O2 sensor no questions asked . I can only assume because it was failure in the exhaust manifold before the cats, but I think I just lucked out with my dealership. For the most part, good idea to keep stock parts

I don't think there is any denial of service for having HFC's. So I wouldn't worry about getting some standard maintenance done.
