Halos voiding warranty?

Hello everyone! I recently purchased a 14 370z sport touring. I am wondering if adding halos would void the factory warranty. Nissan 09+ Z34 370Z LED ColorSHIFT Angel Eyes Demon HALO Light Bulbs Kit DRL Thanks for all the input.

I assume you mean for the headlights?

If you swap out factory parts, you're, theoretically at least, on your own...

That said, odds are they'd endeavor to replace what they could so long as you were still in warranty.

Folks have made modifications to the drivetrain, and still managed to get engine and trans parts replaced under warranty, so I think, no worries.

You may lose the warranty on the headlights (and any other associated circuits) but the warranty on the rest of the car will not be affected.

These halos go onto the factory lights so if the lights shorted out, could I just remove the halos and take the car in?

You can take it back in But if the dealer notice your lights have been tampered, they will use that reason to deny your warranty claim.

Ok, thanks guys and have you guys heard anything about these halos? Would you stay away from them?
