Problems after dealer work.

Hi guys im a proud owner of a 2009 370z, but with only 19k miles my csc went to crap. so i got it towed to the dealer two weeks ago and finally picked it up today:tup:. It took so long because the tail housing was not lining up right and a deformed bushing i think on the driveshaft and differential, but was covered by warranty. Any way after picking it up today i noticed my shifter going to far to the right as if a guide or something is missing i have to wing it going into 5 or 6th gear, It feels like there should be a few more gears past 5th and 6th, what im trying to get at it wasn't like this before should i take it back? Or any advice as in where to look maybe something's loose idk. Any help will be appreciated.

You are missing the lock out wall, they might not have aligned it properly when putting it back together or completely left it out.
I would go back and ask them to take it apart and fix it.

I'd take it back for the dealer to check it out.

I highly doubt you broke anything, most likely they left it out.
There is also a spring that goes with the shifter which keeps it pushed up above the lock out wall and that could also be it.

I can push it into reverse without pushing it down first lol. That's not normal right, just haven't driven the car for a wile so i can't remember

That is correct, you should be pushing down to get into reverse. And going to 5-6 you should be able to hit a wall and go up/down into those 2 gears easily.

If the windows do not close automatically
If the power window automatic function (closing

following procedure to initialize the power
window system.

1. Push the ignition switch to the ON position.

2. Close the door.

3. Open the window completely by operating
the power window switch.

4. Pull the power window switch and hold it to
close the window, and then hold the switch
more than 3 seconds after the window is
closed completely.

5. Release the power window switch. Operate
the window by the automatic function to
confirm the initialization is complete.

6. Perform steps 2 through 5 above for other
windows.
