This has happened to me twice in the last couple months. Completely random at gas stations I'd been to multiple times. Never happened before though. I have an 09.

Driving different roads lately and fuel settling in passenger saddlebag?
Happened to me once or twice with my z33 back in the day. I always chalked it up to being one of the flaws of the saddle tank design. *shrug*

The only way around it was to 1)wait a very long time at the pump to finish off or 2) go drive around in clockwise donuts :)

According to the drawing on page FL-10 of the 2009 FSM, there is no shutter valve at the end of the fill tube. There is a vent tube that, if plugged, could cause your symptoms.

Check the Fuel section (FL) of the FSM for your year model.

Ah, I bet that's it. I'll check it out -- thanks -- repped :tiphat:
