Question about Factory warranty on 2009
 

Hi Guys. I'm looking into purchasing a 1 owner 2009 touring sport 6m with 29000 miles and have questions about the warranty. I know the 3/36 expires this month, as this car was originally purchased in october of 2009. However, since I would be the 2nd owner of this car, do I get the remainder of the 5/60 power train warranty transferred to me? This is a pretty big concern I have regarding this particular car.

Kind of late but yes you do. the powertrain warranty carries with the CAR not the owner.
