CSC Acting UP? Sticky Clutch captured on video.. help?

Hi, I'm experiencing an intermittent issue with my clutch pedal, presents itself when the car rests up after hard driving. I feel a lack of pedal pressure until the car heats up within 15 - 20minutes... I took it to the dealer and they estimated csc, master cylinder and clutch NOT under warranty... i'm on Drive-train warranty but they claim this part is not included (great). Could someone with a similar experience chime in?

sounds like a master cylinder and depending on how many miles you have on your car it should be covered. If you are under 36k I know i should be covered because mine was. Try a different dealership if that is possible if not call corporate and complain to them.

Jason (Jnault) down in WPB when he was installing my SC noticed the problem and had the dealership down there take care of it. It became more apparent with the power was put on and it would not shift into 5th.

I'm at 45k already, I complained to corporate and sent them the video, this problem seems to common and serious not to issue a TSB/recall for. Can't imagine loosing clutch pedal at the highway.... Over here there's not always an emergency lane :S

Jason said the same thing that it seems to be a common problem. I believe at worst case it is only a couple hundred to fix but as far as i am concerned better the dealership pay that than me.

My car just got towed tonight. This is the 2nd time that the clutch died on me. The clutch won't spring back up. The first time they said it was a defective slave cylinder. Let's see what they say now. They better cover it or else I'll have to call corporate and complain!

look like this is a very common problem with the clutch. this is the second time it happen to my car. the sad part is that this is nothing new. alot of 350z owners also experience the same problem. Wonder why nissan hasn't fix it by now.
