Switching headlight light on manually does not work!

I recently purchased a brand new 2011 370z in Miami. This is my third day with the car and I'm extremely happy with it!!!

Unfortunately now when I go to manually switch on the headlight (turning the thingamajigger to the symbol right below 'auto') the headlight does not turn on, but it still lights up saying it is on.

I don't know if this is a problem with the computer or what the issue is and I do intend on calling the dealer tomorrow to ask, but I was wondering if maybe I mis-configured something or if this is a common defect in the new models!

The headlights do work when I switch it to Auto or all the way down. It's just bothering me! Thank you!

Are you sure you aren't turning on the parking lights? The first click should be the parking/running lights, the second should be the actual headlights.

Also, congrats on your new Z :) check out sfzcc.com , we have quite a few meets for Z enthusiasts :D
