370Z dashboard class action lawsuit

I wanted to reach out to the community regarding all the dashboard issues with the Z and alot of nissans. there have been some successful class action lawsuits filed and customers have gotten their dashboards replaced by Nissan.

I'm in Florida so this would be for those owners but im sure others can use what we come up with in there state as well. We should contact morgan and morgan law office or if anyone on here is a lawyer, to create a class action lawsuit for 370z's from (2009 - present) for cracked or melted dashboards.

They release chemicals that is bad for your health and Nissan is aware of this issue and is still selling those dashboards , this is a defect and if we all can get together we can get our dashs replaced for free or alot lower price then the $1500-2000 that nissan charges at the dealer look at the links below and let me know.

Unfortunately, the cost to replace my dash is peanuts compared to the value of time that would be lost fighting a legal battle against Nissan. They are notoriously vigorous in their litigation. Check out nissan.com, for example.

I know having your dashboard cracked sucks since it's an expensive repair, but, it's not worth the legal battle.

And as far as the fumes that are let off that are bad for you, I'm sure it's not any worse than what's already in the air.

Lights on the dash have nothing to do with the adhesive seeping up through the dash material.

Oh and a mask won't save you from covid. It helps reduce the transmission of virus particles. It's not some magical protection.
