370Z won’t start! Electrical Lockout

So two nights ago my ac compressor seized so I turned the car off. Tried to start it again and battery was shot. Had to get AAA to jump me. Replaced the battery next morning and the car won’t even crank.

The ignition will stay on the ON position and can only be turned to lock position if I disconnect the ground. Windows don’t work, horn doesn’t work, headlights don’t work, key doesn’t work. Good thing is that the break light work.

I'd start with checking all the fuses. See FSM for fuse locations.

The brake lights will work as long as you have enough battery to light them up (and the fuse isn't blown). They have an unswitched power source.

I’m having the same exact issue. “The ignition will stay on the ON position and can only be turned to lock position if I disconnect the ground. Windows don’t work, horn doesn’t work, headlights don’t work, key doesn’t work. Good thing is that the break light work.“
Can you please share what solved the problem for you.
