Besides, I don't even see why anyone would want to mod Godzilla. Damn thing is perfect as is.

I dont really like it.... for the price I could make a 370 that would teabag a GTR.... It looks ok but for a SUPERCAR c'mon back seats? please...... There are a lot of things that I dont like about it and only a VERY select few that I do like.... nowhere near worth the money.... I would rather buy a GT3 or something.....

I can understand if your transmission went out, but when you do stupid **** to break it why should Nissan have to pay? I don't think you have to worry about the black box, unless you aren't doing something good to your car in the first place.

Hey Fusz,

Just for the record, my negative opinion of Nissan dealers applies to those in my area with whom I've interacted. So please don't consider my opinions to be reflective of you.

What about this warranty voiding with track or airstrip driving? If I recall correctly, I read this in a downloaded version of the actual GTR manual.

C'mon guys...let's be fair about this as the warranty highlights a checklist of items that Nissan, and the dealer, can use against those who are abusers. Some owners do not the difference between the street and the track or how to drive for that matter. If you punish a car, then you had better be willing to pay the consequences or at at least move-up to components that can withstand the abuse better. If you have a good relationship with your Service Department it is amazing what you can accomplish regarding warranty.

I do admit that finding a good Nissan dealer is hard. The Z and the GT-R would be better sold under the Infiniti dealerships as those customers have higher expectations.
