Default Relatively good experience with the gm today :)

Had csc failure at 1300 miles. Got that fixed and took it to my race shop for goodies right after getting it back from the dealer. My shop texted me and said go flame someone for loosening my drain plug and losing half my oil.... i didnt ask for an oil change so I demanded to see the gm... he payed for all my shop fees, oil, labor, and gave me 3 free ester oil changes and a free inspection. I guess they dont sell too many z's or just arent used to people knowing what they are talking about but everyone know me as "that nismo guy" lol.
JARblue and Wheels3309 like this.

Glad you ended up having a decent experience with the GM (at least it seams like he owned up to the effed up experience) but seriously?? How does this **** happen?? I have no faith in the "stealerships"...

I would have had a crap fit and my car has almost 89,000 miles. I would have been REALLY ticked if it was new like yours.
Hopefully no damage done.
