P0300 code after mods

I have installed test pipes, true dual exhaust, and electronic cut outs.
I have had all of this on the Z for a few l ok nths now with no issue. I popped the code two days ago. It has been really cold here lately. Could the code have something to do with the weather? Something to do with the difference in the cut outs being open or closed. Or just the cat delete in general. Also I haven't noticed these issues until after I waked one of the cutouts on a speed bump....maybe caused an exhaust leak? Could that be the issue?. I ordered a new full cat back exhaust system. Hoping to at least narrow down the possibilities...... shield have new system installed next week. Does anyone have any ideas or maybe has had this issue before?........

The P0300 is unfortunately a very general code for random/multiple cylinder misfires. Many different things could be causing the code. The only thing you know is that it is effecting the engine as a whole and not any specific cylinder. If it were an exhaust leak I think it would be throwing a different code related to the o2 sensors
