The fob resides on my desk while at home, not ever inside my pocket, so no chance that it's being mistakenly depressed. WTF?!?!

Now I'm paranoid...

This happened to me for the first time during the night last night, Came out this AM and both windows were all the way down.

My question is this: If I accidentally pressed the door unluck button on the fob, making the windows go down, why were the doors still locked?

The doors relock in one minute

I purchased a 2010 370 Z Roadster this past December and twice while the car is sitting on the parking lot at work both windows have fully opened. Someone came in and said did you leave your windows down on purpose. Has anyone else had this problem?

I wear pocket t-shirts, usually under a regular shirt. I keep my fob in the t-shirt pocket because of this problem. When I kept it in my pants pocket like previous keys I found I was accidentally pressing the button and lowering the windows. Hasn't happened since I moved my fob to my shirt pocket.

Yes it happened to me a while back.....And it had rained overnight....

Not so good for leather interiors... Lucky they only went down 2 inches and not all the way..

So now the key fob sits on the counter and NEVER in my pocket....

Its happened to me twice now. The first time I came out and found the windows rolled down. The second time it definately wasn't pushing any buttons on the fob (living alone, no pets, fob sitting on a table inside well away from the car). It was pretty strange, I was about 1/2 way through planting a flowerbed along the driveway when I hear some motors start running behind me. I turned around and watched both the windows roll down. It was pretty annoying because I had to get cleaned up because the windows wouldnt roll up again unless I had the fob on me and the ingnition in the run mode.

Of course, it isn't repeatable so no troubleshooting : (
