Strange Issue
 

Every morning when I start my car in a covered parking lot, it honks and honks and does it again until I drive off. What could be causing this?

Also, I sent my car to the dealership for some noise I was hearing and the car came back with 34 miles more than when I left it. They told me they had to drive it quite a bit for the differential and gear box testing. Does that sound correct?
