Hey guys,

its the fan unit for the heater/AC seats.. turn it off and the noise goes away :)

thanks for quick reply..

but turn off what? heated seat? is there way to turn off just the vent?
if not, it will make that noise whenever i use heated/ac seats???

thanks

Yeah.. If u turn the knob for the seats to the off
position.. Then no noise.. Turn it back on and.. Noise
it's Always there if you have the heat/AC
knob on .. You won't hear it with the top down

Actually, I think only the AC function makes the sound. I haven't heard the heating element in mine. In a cooling situation, I find the cooled seats don't make any more noise than the regular AC fan, so no worries. If yours is noticeably louder than that, you may need to get it checked.

Mine makes the same with the heater or AC.. its hard to hear though.. nothing
I would ever worry about.

Yeah, I noticed tonight that, on full heat, the fan in mine seemed to cycle on and off, to maintain the heat levels. Before, I guess I had only turned down the audio and listened for it during an "off" cycle.

I agree with you, even"on," it's barely noticeable at highway speed.
