Need 370Z Buying Advice

Looking for $20k-ish, part-time Roadster. Not strong on 7AT or Man either way fine. Love to have Touring/Sport - but Sport not necessary. Either way on Nav.

So, experts - what do you think of this:
2010 Nissan 370Z Touring, $22,990 - Cars.com

Too many miles?
Price fair?
What should I find out/inspect/know before buying?

I would travel to Miami and drive back to midwest.

Thanks for tips/advice/thoughts/suggestions/warnings/help!

I picked up a '10 convertible, touring, sport, 7 speed but no navigation in December for $22,900, it was an exceptional price at the time. I haven't seen any convertibles since the middle of the winter for prices in the low 20's. 40k miles isn't bad on a modern car that will go 150k with just a little maintenance and care. I would expect that the convertibles will begin to creep up on price as the weather warms up. I am seeing coups for higher than this. If you want a convertible I would look seriously at this car and maybe you could negoiate the price down to $22 even? Good luck, these are really nice cars.

I bought my 11' Roadster with 27K miles in the height of Summer last year. Took 2 days to beat them down to $25k(originally wanted $28K). I have not seen any Roadsters for less than 27-28K around here regardless of mileage or year.

That model has Touring, big brakes, and Grey seats(rare). Looks to be a good deal for the price. As far as what to look for...just test drive it and run it through it's paces. Make sure Brake Rotors are not warped and the Top goes up and down without contacting the compartment lid. Check for wear & tear on the Top and discount accordingly. The Top is the single most expensive item to service on these Roadster's.

I think its fair but could be a little lower.

I got my 2010 roadster in december for 24k with 11k miles on it. Only thing I can warn you about it the nav system. if it comes with nav you are stuck with their nav forever. I can't stand factory systems so I had to be patient to find one I wanted without nav.
