Good Price For 2013 CPO

Certified Pre-Owned
2013 370z w/ Sport Package
Pearl White
10K Miles
6-Speed MT
Asking $28K

Think the dealer can go lower? I'm assuming this weekend is a good time to buy a car with Labor Day and end of month etc.

Sounds like a terrible deal to be honest

What's the reasoning, just curious. Is it the fact that it's CPO and overpriced?

Edmunds.com has the TMV at $30,774 for my area. Not sure if that means anything.

28K to drive it off would be fair. but after taxes etc etc only

Soooo... It's 2 years old.
A new one is what? $33k?
The resale value of a 370Z SUCKS DICK
And... It's a really shitty deal

I'm going to haggle for sure, you think the end of the month/Labor Day will work in my favor at all?

Thanks for your insight. In your opinion, what's a good deal for the car I listed?

Like... $25k. CPO doesn't mean much on a car if its within the 3/36k.
What it SHOULD mean is it has new tires at the least.

The 370Z naturally has really bad rear tire wear. And from what I recall, for a CPO the rear tires need 40% or 4/32nds tread left along each measurable area. So make sure it has good tread. And pads need to be 40% too. (Both good indicators of how asshole the previous owner drove

I just traded my 2010 base coupe for a 2013 coupe with sports package and 8 k miles.. They priced my car at $20k, theirs at $28k. I could have gotten a new 2014 base coupe for $1k more or a 2014 base with sports package for $32kplus.

I think it's a good price, but check car fax and stuff.

I'll be honest mate terrible deal. MY friend Andrew just got a new 2014 sport package auto for 29.5 OTD and that was literally less then 2 hours ago.

+1 to what binary said.

I just picked up a 2012 with 10k, sports package, backup camera for 26k after taxes and fees.

Are Z's just dirt cheap in CA? I'm in the process of trading up to a 15 and was given 27.5k as an approximate trade-in value for my 13 auto w/ sport with 6.5k on it. Its shocking to see people picking a new (albeit year old) one up for 29.5k OTD.

Ninjahero 09-01-2014 06:11 PM

I think so. My 2011 Z A/7 sport package back up cam etc... i picked up for 22.8K OTD with 15K miles on it a couple months ago. and I picked up my 2014 Sport package/auto for 29.1K OTD 5ish months ago. Friends I have in Texas who have Z's tell me they paid MSRP and never get anything close to Invoice.
