How much should I pay for a '14 Nismo?

I 'm currently in the market for a brand new white Nismo. I'll be trading in my roadster '10 touring. How much is reasonable when negotiating for an asking price? MSRP? Below that? Above that? 0 down and trade in still making payments. What did u buy yours for? I've found one for 43 loaded...no navi. Good deal or pass?

Anybody besides just viewers?

I don't know if this helps but when I purchased my 2014 MT base 370z the sticker price was around 31,500. I ended up haggling them down to a final price of 27,500. I would think you have some wiggle room

For what it's worth, the '13 Nismo models back in February were around $42K here in Guam. I'd assume finding a '14 Nismo for under $38K is entirely possible.

Somewhere in between 43-40k. Invoice on a 14' Nismo with Bose is 42.8k. I got mine for 42k right off the showroom floor. It really just depends if the dealership has the car in stock or not. If not you'll have to order one and there's not much wiggle room for you there.

Also seems like the prices of Nismo's has gone up, yes? Someone correct me if I'm wrong, still new here :driving:

^Correct. Here's the lowdown on the '14 Nismo. Unlike every other trim level, which saw a recent (and rather significant) price drop across the line, the MSRP for the Nismo has gone up consistently every year.

The white '14, with the new two tone color scheme, from what I've seen, is by far the most sought-after color of this model year because of the great contrast and red accents. Don't waste your money on the bose. In fact, avoid it if you can. DO get the rearview mirror integrated backup camera; you can't see behind you sometimes (read: when the spoiler is blocking. read: always :)) and it offers great peace of mind. You can't get Navi on the Nismo trim. Expect to pay around invoice if you can haggle. (shoot for $41.5-$42.5 for one with the backup cam and no Bose if that's what you want).

Thnx man. Ya I do want the Bose so I'm kinda like ughhhh. I like mine in the roadster right now

Wolfenstein 01-03-2014 12:04 PM

I paid about $44k for a new Nismo loaded with the Bose system. They had to order the car from a few states away because I told them I ONLY want the Magma red with the Bose package. I should have haggled them a bit more but I was just excited to get the car.

I can tell you that the Bose package is NOT worth it. It sounds like a mid-range system when looking at the quality of the speakers. The highs and mids sound just "ok" and not what I would expect from Bose Audio, and the lows have hardly any bass. For the price of the Bose system you can put a nice head unit with good speakers and have a much better system. IMHO.

Dude, you like the Bose in your roadster so guess what, it'll sound better in a Coupe. Can you get a better aftermarket system, sure but also, someone is now hacking into your $40,000 car.

One of the local dealers here was selling a 2014 Nismo with Bose for $41K and change a couple of months back ,so new year and winter time, shoot for $40ish and go from there. In the end pay what you are comfortable for what you want and don't look back.

Or you can swap the stereo yourself. It's not too difficult.

letranboy 01-06-2014 12:36 AM

got mine for $43,750 with bose system. try to work out with the dealer.

roplusbee 01-06-2014 04:02 AM

The Bose has sounds much better than the base system. My 09 sounded like ultra crap. It was second thing I replaced. Exhaust was first, lol.

There's a white 2014 nismo on auto trader for 39900 brand new of course. I assume there must be some hidden fees or something
