mix and match

Would it be possible to say order a brand new Z, and tell them to charge you for the latest NISMO wheels instead of the factory 19" ones. and im talking about the larger NISMO wheels not the ones on the S-Tune. A price came up for them in another thread. rear rims $280 each, fronts $250 each....

id much rather have those wheels!

is this possible?

it would be possible thru the dealership that you order your z at as long as they can get the nismo parts...but it will be an additional cost to you...
so what you could do is have them install the new rims and tires and you take the old ones with probably less than ten miles on them and put them up for sale here in the forum and the bay as well...

Ummm. I think the wheels are a bit more than 280 a piece.
If the dealership is willing to order the part and install it, and you pay, than anything is possible.

i agree that 280 is cheap... im just using the numbers from the thread about getting the nismo body panels. guy said the parts listed were the wheels. if hes wrong then im wrong as well..

anyways could you still order them what ever the price and have them install them and deduct the price of the factory wheels from the purchase?

thanks

No, it will be price of Z plus extra for the new wheels, they will not do an exchange, probably. Basically you will have an extra set of wheels you can sell aftermarket if you want with almost zero miles on them.
