How much would YOU pay for this 370z Touring
It is a 2009 Touring edition 370z with no sports package and no GPS Nav. The car has about 4100 miles on it. The seller is asking $26,000 FIRM for it. What do you guys think ?
The exterior condition is very good with a couple of road chips and that is about it, everything else is flawless almost in brand new condition. Is it a good, decent price or can I do better ? |
I feel you on a car like that. When something is 5 years old but that low mileage. Throws you off
|
road chips at 4100 miles doesnt sound right!

I bought a used 2009 touring non sport last year with 5500 miles for 29k. Since the car wasnt sold until 2011 the factory 3/36 warranty in effect. I also purchased for 1200 an 5yr 100k warrantybecause it was elible because of the low mileage. If you can verify the factory warranty is still valid or purchase a 100k warranty which you should be able to I wouldnt worry one bit. Mine has been solid. 37kmiles now.
Good luck Sent from my GT-N8013 using Tapatalk 2 |
KBB has it listed at 28700 from a private party or 31700 from a dealer so 26 sound like a good deal.

26,500 is what I paid for my 40th with 19600 miles I say go for it those likes are nice 4100 your found a gem

25K IMO being no sports package. First thing is verify the steering lock has been changed out also. There's a recall for that.
What is your intentions for the car? |

Thanks guys for the input, I dont plan to track the car and its going to be a DD. I think I can live without the VLSD and I dont really jive with the Ray Wheel design. I do appreciate the sports edition big brake kit though.
One thing that I cannot live with is the Super Springy "On/Off" clutch pedal. That would probably be my first mod. The other thing is, this car is black and Im not looking forward of maintaining a black car ! LOL |
Invoice for a 2014 Touring without the nav and sports package is $34,118 (includes splash guards, floor mats, and trunk mat). It's $35,320 if you add an automatic transmission. Given the current 370Z market condition, you should be able to get one at invoice. There's no way that I'd pay $26,000 for a five model year old version of the same car that's mostly out of warranty. I think it's about $5,000 too high. Plus it's not even the color that you want.

Sounds good. Super low miles on an 09'. Did he track it or was it just regular road/highway miles?

I paid 25 for my 09 NISMO with 3,500 miles on it. Only mods was an upgraded sound system. Guy bought it, then his job sent him to Iraq, so he only came home 30-60 days a year. Shop around. There are a few nice 370s listed on the forums. Do some research, then fly out to take a look. I found a cheap flight, flew out, took a look, then cancelled my return and bought the car, drove it home. A good deal is worth the effort!
Look up DRC371. He has a 09 NISMO with about 24k miles, most of the bolt ons, and only asking 28.5. (It is black though) |
The dealership unfortunately couldnt tell me much about the car history nor its owner. At first glance, the car/price seems like a great deal but the more u think about it, the less of a bargain it is.
I wouldnt mine buying a new 2014 370z base and just upgrade a true LCD, brakes, gps nav and wheels later on. Although I must say the persimmon seats are mighty awesome and add flavor to the car. |
