2013 Nismo good price?

I got a quote from a dealer few hours away for new 2013 Gun Metallic for $39,000 plus tax, title and license. It comes with Nismo floor mat and trunk mat. Less than 10 miles on it.
Do you guys think this is a good price?

I would go lower than that if you can. I got the same exact options and purchased mine over 3 months ago for $39,500. Now with the 2014's releasing I would be trying to get them lower if you can. Not a bad price but I would see what you can do.

I will start with $37,000

I got a magma red nismo very recently with all the options (Bose, trunk & floor mats, rear view camera, lit Z kickplates) for $40k plus TTL. Without Bose, the rear cam, and the kickplates I'd say you can expect $38k to be a good deal.

Edit: Minneapolis, eh? Where at? Plymouth, here.

Awesome :hello: I am in Burnsville. Where did you get your red nismo from? There are none left in MN so I have to look out of state now.

Cool! Maybe we'll cross paths some day. I had to buy out of state too. Ended up getting one from Texas through AutoNation Nissan Lewisville | Lewisville New & Used Nissan Dealer serving Dallas, Flower Mound & Carrollton Texas , though I was pretty disappointed by their customer service and wouldn't recommend them. What I would try is, once you find an out of state dealer that has the one you want, go to a local dealer here and have them buy it for you from them. Tell the local dealer you'll get it serviced by them for some motivation (even if you won't). I paid $700 to have it shipped up to me, which is less than the destination fee from the manufacturer ($790).

Keep in mind that 2014s are right around the corner, and even though Nissan didn't drop the price of the Nismo model, you should be able to drive down the price by applying some logic and reasoning to their recent price drop on the base model.

The 2014's are here on Guam already...unlike state side we only have one. Nissan Dealer and don't have options...The Nismos are going for $52,219.00 here. :shakes head:

So if I purchase new out of state, will the dealer charge me destination fee? It sounds to me you just pay shipping and was able to avoid destination fee.

iissmart 07-28-2013 01:53 PM

Shipping, destination fee, it's the same thing. Don't let them double-charge you for moving the vehicle to you.

In reality, the "destination fee" should be considered the cost of doing business and you shouldn't have to pay that. The "shipping" fee that I paid actually went to the 3rd party shipping company that that dealer used to ship it up to me ( https://leaptransport.com/ ).

OP,

If you haven't yet deal with the internet sales team by emailing them your price. Use several dealers. These 13s are used cars now although still titled by dealer.
What matters now is how emotionally strong you are. That car in-person makes you less liable to negotiate well because it is super looking and you want it. Hats off to you to get them where they are now. I am sticking with the internet to price a 13 touring with sport.

Good luck!

I offered them $37,000 for the 2013 Nismo, they replied by saying if I find one for that price I should buy it.
Yeah, just have to wait and see
I read on another forum you can get 2014 Base plus sport package for $30,000.

that's just speculation since the 2014s are not even at the dealers yet. i'm sure 30,000 + TTL is possible given the price drop.
