Well I found a fully loaded 2011 Z with only 5K miles for $31K. However, the carfax and autocheck report it as having been a fleet vehicle (car rental). With only 5K miles, do you think the vehicle is still in good condition considering that most car rentals get driven like crap?

My last vehicle was a 2011 suburban fully loaded. It was a fleet car that had 31K miles on it. It was pristine. I talked to a friend who works at a car rental place and he said while the cars can be treated pretty bad most rental companies keep them in tip top shape to avoid any mishaps that may tarnish their reputation and customer satisfaction surveys.

Wish I could change the title of my thread because I just bought a 2013 Solid Red Z with sports/touring/nav. It was a manufacturer vehicle with only 30 miles but I got it for 36K. I think I got a good deal :) I'm having it shipped from PA to TX, can't wait! This will be my first sports car ever :)

Damn, finance another 10k and you could find a preowned 09 gtr. Now that is worth that much bang. I persinally wouldnt pay that much for what a 370z offers. I own one. So I'm bieng honest with you. You can find so much out there for 40k that packs a hell of a punch.

It's not the purchase price of a gtr that's the problem. It's the maintenance and parts cost.
