is it a demo b/c dealers consider those as new and sells them as new car sale

tb_IGM 07-24-2009 11:38 PM

What is demo?

Namir 07-25-2009 12:19 AM

Check the mileage on the car. Anything more than 30-40 miles and they were probably using it as a demo, meaning they let others come in and test drive that specific car, and then go purchase a brand new one with say 10 miles on it.

demostration = demo

avoid it unless it doesnt bother u. demo's are usually pushed hard!

I was offered 28,000 for a base auto back in March without haggling. I'm sure i couldve brought it down to 27,000 easily if i really wanted to. So tempting but decided against it since i work for a California government subsidized company, and we all know how much trouble California is in right now! booo for Arnold!

Not to get too political, but you don't hold your crazy, hippy state legislature responsible? Arnold has been far from perfect, but he's just playing the rotten hand he has been dealt.

Is your Z a base model? 6MT or 7AT?

CrownR426 07-31-2009 05:48 PM

I highly doubt you will be able to get a 2009 370z at 27,000.
That's just wishful thinking...

sloterg 07-31-2009 07:07 PM

WTF...

:worthless:

lets see some proof

base with no options at invoice is 28,043.00...

so i can see it happening, especially now with 10's getting ready to filter in...

$4k under MSRP is stating to become more frequent on the 2009's.

Prices will just get lower and lower as time passes.

nextbesthing 12-04-2009 07:26 PM

A dealership by me yesterday told me they would have no problem beating 27k offer I got from another dealership for a base model 6mt

areyouin729 12-04-2009 08:47 PM
