The Untold Price Benchmark

So just for the giggles of it, got my 2011 370z appraised at Carmax in Buena Park. I already sold this car to a private seller last night, (SOMEONE NOT ON THIS FORUM) but wanted to see how much these guys would have bought it for. So here are the final results...

2011 370z Miles 22K Sports Package, Stick Shift. Alloy Wheels, Spoiler. Titled Owned, not by a bank.

Took 30 Min. for whole Process.... Appraisale Date: 5/1/2013

$24,000.00

So this is how much Carmax is willing to purchase for...then to only sell at 28,000 plus the profit of financing. You're looking at a 5 grand profit to retail demand.

NOTE: Price Benchmark not a true benchmark. Appraisal amount based on market supply and demand in current automotive data. Value may differ from vehicle to vehicle based on mileage, year, condition, etc.

Seems a little low, I just traded in my 2010 7at 26k miles with no sports package and got 23k for it.
