i ordered a 09 last week,this monday salesman said 09 orders on hold 2010's can't be ordered til sept,so they found my exact car at another dealer across the states,but it also has nav,they're only charging me $500 extra for the nav and absorbing the shipping costs.my price will be $38221 plus tax and lic also oil cooler installed nismo if avail included. car is silver tour w sport pkg,persimmon int. auto,mats f&r mats ,:excited:splash guards and now nav.msrp is $41750 not including oil cooler .is this a good deal?? the car is brand new and i have a vin#

since you dont have to wait 3 months for the car, I'd call it a good deal.

Your paying about 700 dollars more than me for the exact same options. But I've been waiting for 2 months and im still waiting. I'd pay an extra 700 to have got it ASAP

Not bad, but you could do better. Just tell them another local dealer has located you one and isn't charging you a shipping fee to bring it in, See what they do.
