Used car shopping: Does this 370Z have the sport package?
 

I found a used 2011 Touring w/Navi with 10k miles for $32k. But I'm not sure if it has a sport package because it has the base wheels with the rear spoiler. And the price seems high for a non-sport package vehicle. So are there any other clues?

Also, I've never bought from Carmax. My understanding it that the price is non-negotiable. But this price looks off. Even if it does have the sports package, not having the 19" Rays wheels should knock down the price, right?

Also the car history says it was sold at auction. Another red flag???

No, base wheels, BASE BRAKES

So the larger sport package brakes won't fit with base wheels. Gotcha, thanks for the quick response!

Going to your at auction thing, it's OK, BUT, if you don't know how to tell a car is painted, either find someone who can, or find another dealer or text me (310)eight nine three-4207


We had a family friend that was the regional GM of Carmax, he said 100% of the bumpers of every car that comes in is painted... Which isn't a good sign...

yah, carmax price is non-negotiable. it's not a terrible deal i suppose, but i would look else where for a car with the sportspackage unless you're willing to spend more $ on bbk and wheels.

Definitely doesn't have the Sports Package. Still not a bad price for Touring with Nav though. If you plan on upgrading things like the wheels, brakes and LSD....it might still be a good choice.

damn that touring package w/nav..... thats expensive!!! I got my base sports with 20" advans and Top Secret goodies for that much. :shakes head:

I got a '09 Sport Touring w/Nav and EVERYTHING else with new tires and certified for $28.4k January 2012, it had 14k miles
