Socal Dealership Recommendations.

Hey Guys,

Can anyone recommend a legit dealership? I've been to about 5 and they are all garbage. The salesmen dont even know that the 370 has a 3.7 liter engine. They think it's still the 3.5. They also don't know what a synchro revmatch is. They don't believe that the sports pkge is available on base models. I would like a knowledgeable dealer that'll hook me up for invoice+500 max and won't go on joyrides with my car upon delivery. Can anyone chime in? Thank you.

You highly recommend Connell Nissan is Costa Mesa.

I would contact Gilbert Fierros. He is the Fleet Manager there. Also you can contact Mark Ranauro. He is the General Manager. They work as a team. PM me if you need more information.

KillerBee370 07-14-2009 11:53 PM

Dude.. FYI

Sales reps are not automotive engineers. Besides, they aren't driving your future purchase, you are. So who cares if they don't know every bell and whistle? Try dealing with the internet fleet manager FIRST... ON THE PHONE... so you don't waste time.

Personally, I go to where I'm treated like a king (which has nothing to do with technical know-how most of the time). My sticker priced money went to OC Nissan in Garden Grove (Ask for Lucky).

Good luck.

tbonesteak 07-15-2009 03:33 PM

THanks guys. I will check them out. Can't wait!!!

I got mine from them... great experience...

Scott@FontanaNissan 07-15-2009 07:12 PM

LOL! I bought my truck here over a year ago...as well as had all my services done here as well...who'd a thunk I'd be running the performance shop now?!?

Seriously...give us a call...they are really giving out good deals! If you call me personally, I'll put you in contact with the right people!

Scott

That Scott guy at Fontana Nissan seems pretty cool.

Scott@FontanaNissan 07-15-2009 08:02 PM

ahem...don't forget handsome ;)

OMGWTFBBQ 07-15-2009 08:11 PM

Fontana Nissan seems legit.

Ask for Cherie at OC Nissan Irvine.
Ask for Trish, Toni, or Tommy at OC Nissan Garden Grove.
Ask for Gilbert at Connell Nissan. (I bought my PW 370z from him)

Listed in order of favorites as far as people I've personally dealt with and highly recommend during my vehicle purchasing process.

Trish is very nice at OC Nissan Garden Grove. That I can personally account for. Not to mention she's pretty darn cute.

Are you serious?? I went to OC Nissan in Garden Grove and talked to Lucky and he was completely uninterested in helping me find a car that matched my preferences, or helping me pursue any other options. I hated how I'd ask a question and he'd answer by firing a question back in my face. Absolutely the most frustrating person I've ever tried to work with. :shakes head:

Even though people have heard terrible things about the place, I ended up going to Buena Park Nissan. Rob (fleet manager) is a great person to talk to, and he even managed to snag my car early by nearly a month! :happydance:

Anyone else have any dealer recommendations or is Fontana the way to go? I'm going to order a 2010 w/Sport Pkg. next Friday after I finish taking the bar.

Scott@FontanaNissan 07-24-2009 10:07 AM

There is one other place you can go....hmmm...wait...no, that was Fontana ;) Just be sure to talk to Danny...it helps to call in advance too!

MREUS 07-25-2009 06:30 PM

Thanks

Met Trish (Fleet Director) at OC Nissan Garden Grove today. Very nice lady. Don't let her attractiveness and charm cause you to loose focus on getting a good deal :D
Unfortunately, they did not have a Black, Sport, Manual available :(

lordsii 07-26-2009 06:13 AM

I would NOT recommend OC NISSAN GARDEN GROVE. They give you a lowest price and turn around with a new higher price when it comes to final. They just like to sing and dance around with you. So NO OC NISSAN GARDEN GROVE. THEY ALL ARE BUMMERS!

stag3 07-29-2009 03:04 PM

i'm currently working with danny from fontana nissan

tbonesteak 07-30-2009 09:29 AM
