problems with evo r motorsports
Hi guys,
Anyone ever try and order parts for their car from Jay . Guy from evo r.net ? I ordered cf aideblades and he sent me the wrong sides ( two driver) and now I can't even get a hold of this guy. The number he has listed never gets answered and I tried emailing him serveral times. Help soneone! |
That sucks. He seems to space out sometimes, but eventually responds. You could try sending him a PM or just give him more time to respond back...I wouldn't know what else to try. Write a letter, lol?

evo-r is known for having a pretty bad customer service. just keep pming them. eventually they will respond.

I've had the same experience with the lack of response from Jay, so I didn't send him any payments. And just waited for the Z-store to get the parts from them. (Usually at a cheaper price anyway)

I went through a pay pal to get my money back. I don't recommend anyone to order from this guy, personal exp I couldn't even get a reply to an email to change the mistake he did. he lost me as a customer that's for sure. Basic customer services isn't even there, couldn't reply a voicemail , never answered phone. Very very bad exp with this seller I hope nobody goes through this bulls **** . |

Rather than going through him you should instead go through the Z store since they stock his stuff and will not take your money if the item is not in stock:

Yup, Z-Store kept telling me the exact same thing regarding the diffuser...eventually they did get it in stock, and sent me an email to confirm.
