I had this from Subaru in Australia. Listen up chumps: if you don't roadtest my car after charging me 1700usd for a service and I have to return twice because you left the brake pad heat shield unsecured and rubbing then you will get a bad evaluation.

Unless I have a problem I will give excellent. Because no problems = perfect and that's the best someone can ask for right?

A friend of mine bought a car from a Lincoln dealership several years ago. She was not at all satisfied with the entire process and made that known in her survey. Honest to god, she got a call from the salesman saying, "you just pissed on my sales record!" Try topping that one!

My sales person was terrible in every way. When it came to the survey time he flipped a switch and offered me a free tank of gas and an extra key for the car. I turned them down and gave him a equally terrible survey. I still go to that dealership for oil changes. He's just a sales rep. Nothing negative has happened so far.

I filled out the survey based on my exact experience. I hope it would send a message to the dealer so they treat the next person who walk in to buy a car correctly. If no one filled out the survey base on their experience, I would think the dealer would think that they can get away with whatever tatic that they have been using. Of cus my exp was probably the extreme case here if you seen my threads at http://www.the370z.com/nissan-370z-p...hip-again.html
