'09 Touring/Sport value

I've got my '09 Touring with Sport package and navi for sale. Book on the car is around $31,000 but I'm starting to suspect that these cars aren't selling for near book values. The car is loaded with every available option and is in near perfect condition. Has 19.7k on the odometer. The best offer I've had has been $27,000. What do you think this car should realisticly sell for?

I bought my 09 sport/ touring with 12k miles for $26k with Berk HFC - I saw your car on KSL but with the asking price you had figured wouldn't come down much... I think $28k is the most you can expect unless someone is really wanting the options you have. Grey leather/ black ect... but that's just my opinion

The question you have to ask yourself is if you were to sell it for $27k would you be losing money? Does the car have a clean report on it (no wrecks)? Another to remember is that '13 will be coming out in the next 6 months & '12 models are already being sold at crazy prices (great deals).

Thanks for the responses guys. The car has a clean history. Not even a door ding. I guess I'll see what happens.

Curious to see how much you sold it for. I just bought a 09 Sport Touring with Nav and 15,000 miles for 24K from a dealership.

Seems like a good deal

I bought the Z in my signature last October.. on October 24, 2011 and it had 11k miles sport touring nav and persimmon interior for 29K from a dealer

Ended up selling the '09 back in May. I ended up getting $27,500 for the car.

Not gonna lie, these Z's hold some pretty decent value along with its limited production/availability.

I took 26k for mine with 35k miles a few weeks ago. You might be able to get a little more than 27k but is it worth the hassle to you
