Clear bra price?

I have a clear bra installer near me. They do a price quote, which to me means negotiations will follow. What is a decent price to pay for this service?

I paid $1700 for full panel wrap using ventureshield ultra. Everything was done but the doors, hatch, and rear bumper. I don't argue price with artists, either. It's not worth a hundred bucks or so to hack them off.

I'm all for paying people for their work too. I also recognize that there are a lot of people out there charging ridiculous prices for that work. If everyone was honest I would never have to negotiate! We'll see what they charge me, thanks for your input.

I paid $800 for the 3M product..Front nose till about 1/3 of hood and both mirrors. That was from an installer in Allentown, PA. Did a great job, hardly see the lines.

That's about what I paid. Nose, front fenders to about mid-wheel well, 1/3 up the hood. I didn't have him do the rockers, but I did have him do the door sills since they're easy to catch your foot on and scrape up. That was an extra $75. It was VenturaShield.

There are 3 different templates for the Z. I went with the middle one (minus the rockers). One is just the nose, then mine, and the extreme one is everything in the middle one + covering the entire hood.

Pretty happy with mine. There are a couple little wrinkled areas on the mirrors I'm going to ask him about (was raining when I picked it up so I didn't notice).

Was offered 850 for the what they call the full package. Which is hood, front bumper, lights, fenders, doors, rear mirrors. Seems fair to me, they said if I get the full package they will discount the window and tail light tinting to 150 for the entire car. So 1 grand gets me full 3M clear bra and tinting. Seems like a decent deal to me.

Sounds like a Good Deal!...Just make sure they will warranty and replace the materials in the event the product fails. I know the 3M product is gauarteed for life.

Go with the Avery Dension nano fusion bra, they seem to have the best product on the market right now. If you go to avery denisons website you can find a factory certified installer in your area. Basically the top 2 Brands are the Nano Fusion, and the top 3M brand, both brands are rated about 50% -50% by most installers for ease of use and longetivity. Nano fusion has the best waranty life time, while , 3m is only a few years.

The other important choice in choosing the clear bra is the skill of the installer and how they cut the material, make sure you use an installer that will make custom paterns for your car.

For Nano Fusion and tinting of 3 windows with hih quality tint I paid $850

Car bra was full front , 1/3 front fenders, widow pillars, behind 4 tires or mud flaps, mirrors and bottom of rocker panels.

One note about Avery Denison I wrked in the printing industry for 30 yrs, and they have always been a top competitor to 3M adhesive products.

They have LLumar high performance charcoal tinting and 3M Color Stable black tint. Both have lifetime warrenty. the 3M Color stable is a more expensive (not much)

Had my done with LLumar protective clear bra for $550 where I'm at, it cover 1/3 of the hood, entire front bumper, and mirror. Looks like they are cheaper in my neck of the woods :D

nano fusion is nice, but they don't make a 60" roll, so you cant do full panels. Sucks. 3m has way more Orange peal than ventureshield (which might be why they now own them...).

The problem is that I try to hire the best I can find within reason, and they are so booked that negotiation to them means "call me if you change your mind and we can set an appointment up. I'm busy doing a full wrap on a couple of r8 5.2's right now."
