2012 base price check south florida

so i was offered a 2012 base for 34,700. after a little bit of negotiating they could only go as low as $32,210. this is a base model + the rearview mirror that shows you rearview, carpets, and illuminated kickplates.

my trade initially valued at 10k

they wanted $34,700 - 10,000 trade in = $24,700 + 7% tax = 26,429 + $250 tag transfer = $26,679 + $599 dealer fee = $27,278

the best i could get offered was $32,210 - $10,500 trade in = $21,710 + 7% tax = $23,229 + $250 tag = $23,479.70 + $599 dealer fee = $24,078

what prices are you all seeing on a base model 2012? how do i get a better pricing? i tried another dealership and they are selling for 32+ for a base model too. what i heard at both places is that stock is low and demand is high.

i'm in miami, florida.

I purchased my car in Vero Beach, I found that the dealerships in Miami and Broward werent really willing to budge on pricing.

I got my 2011 base + sports package with extended warranty for $33,400

33,400 plus tax or 33,400 out the door?

I'm looking for a z in south Florida also and yes dealers around here don't have much of a selection on 370z's. I talked to a dealer in premboke pines and they pretty much told me they will not go below msrp at all because they have 5 people calling in advance to buy these cars. So obviously I didn't fall for that tactic but gave them my number and told them to call when they have better deals.

You can have them take off the BS 599 dealer fee. What a joke.

I say the best offer of 24K OTD with trade in is pretty good for a 2012. I payed 33k for my base 2011 (before taxes/dealer fees).

It's an okay deal. Try to get that 599 dealer fee waived. I know prices up here in MD are different but I payed 30,600 OTD for mine brand new with 6 miles on it.

I paid about $31,500 with sport package, mats, trunk mat on a 2012. Including a $1,000 lease pay off for my x5.

I'm also looking to buy a new 2011 Z soon, have gotten a quote on a 2012 for $29,899 Base model, then you'd add dealer fees and tag transfers. I'm also in Florida. On the 2011 I've been looking at I've gotten a $27,347 quote Base model. Looking to get it down to $26k then i might add on the sports package.
