Confirmation or communication after ordering?
 

Hi Everyone,
Just wondering what kind of communication and confirmation do you get from your dealership after you have ordered your vehicle? How long do it take for them to give you a ETA?

I ordered and put a deposit down on a 2012 base+sports mid November, they did told me it could take up to 90-120 days for the car to arrive. It has only been a little over 2 weeks, and I know that. But would love to have a date to aim for.

I ordered mine September 19. Received the order confirmation via email on October 7. On that page, it showed that the production month would be 10/11 and ETA would be 12/11. On November 10, my dealer sent an updated order confirmation page with VIN # and more accurate ETA. The updated page showed that the car was built on 10/25/11 and ETA would be week of 12/09/11.
Next time you talk to your dealer, ask for the order confirmation. They'll be able to email it to you, and you'll be able to see some preliminary info. Hope that helps!
