Please help me decide if this is a good deal

I am looking to buy a used 370z here in the next few days. I have found one that matches all my specifications with around 2,500 miles:

Magnetic Black
Sport Package
Manual Transmission
Touring Package
Navigation Package

I have gotten the price down to 35,500 but am not sure if this is worth taking. The dealer is making it seem like I am almost breaking his bank at this price but I am not sure. USAA says I can get the car new for only 37,094. Please let me know what you think. I am really excited about getting a Z but I don't want that excitement to cloud my judgement. Thanks!!

Buy a new one.... For another 2k you get a brand new car..

$2K = about $40/mo financed over 5 years. If that $40 isn't breaking the bank, go new

Thank you for the advice but the point of this thread was to determine if y'all thought I could get a better deal out of this guy. If you don't think so then I do agree that a new car makes sense.

new car, fresh start, not far price wise.

take the new one.

since we're saying get a new one, it kinda applies that the used car deal isn't good.
