2010 Touring 370Z

I found pretty much the ideal car but it seems quite over priced in my opinion....

White
Permission int
Sports
Touring
Nav

Asking 37,600....

Thoughts?

TreeSemdyZee 07-28-2011 11:44 PM

Way overpriced. For all intents and purposes, that is a 2-year-old car.

Vaughanabe13 07-29-2011 11:09 AM

I'd say 32 is more in line...

Red__Zed 07-29-2011 11:14 AM

Seriously overpriced...

NCSUPACK09 07-30-2011 06:43 AM

I agree with everyone!

red6spd 07-30-2011 07:29 AM

I agree with everyone else. What tranny does it have and is it brand new left over?

symple84 07-30-2011 08:58 PM

Almost positive it's a used car but it's gonna be a pain getting them to budge down to 32k but worth a shot....

trackster22 07-31-2011 10:17 PM

definitely overpriced

I just looked at a similar car to what you are listing, but its a 2011, silver, AT, sports, touring, NAV and the dealership was serious about selling it at about $38,600. And this is brand new. I just bought a 2011, Touring, AT for $35,200 OTD. Hope this helps.

Red__Zed 07-31-2011 10:20 PM

interested in red? :stirthepot:

symple84 08-01-2011 07:06 PM

nope...white only for the time being

I called and offered them 32,000 for the car awaiting for a response but probably not until tomorrow.

ClemsonWill 08-02-2011 08:52 AM

I bought my Z in july 2010. The dealership offered me $33k for an 09 with the same options you have listed. I didn't want white so I ended up paying $37.5 for a fully loaded 10 black from another dealer. Hopefully these numbers help you.

symple84 08-02-2011 02:08 PM

Just got the response the lowest they will go is 34,800 - pretty crazy but I am sure someone will pay for it who doesn't know better

bomb diggiZ 08-06-2011 09:31 PM

Way overpriced. 32k is probably about right. Just bought a new (leftover) 2010 touring, no sport package, 6-speed manual. $28,750 + freight and taxes. Hope that helps.

Hold your ground, the car will be 2 yrs old in ~ 1 month . . .

Corporate666 08-07-2011 09:26 PM

Way overpriced?

The sticker on the car is $41k, invoice is $37.7k or so. When you guys are saying $32k, you are saying $5700 below *invoice*.

That's like saying a fair price on a base model is $22.5k. I just don't think they are worth that little... there is a price at which the dealer is better off holding it, and I think $5700 below invoice is beyond that point.

Edit: Of course I am talking about if it's new - if it's used, it will depend on the mileage.

Here's a 2011. No nav, but gives you an idea.

New 2011 Nissan 370Z Touring (Black Car) Indianapolis

shadoquad 08-08-2011 12:38 PM

If it were a new 2010 Touring + Sport + Nav I would say somewhere around $34k, but since its got 4,000 miles on it, I would go no higher than $32k.

Try Edmunds.com. You can price up the car with the exact options, print the result out, then negotiate from there... You can also try kbb.com.

Good Luck

AllForTheCash 08-14-2011 02:22 PM

I paid Approx 37,500 brand new for my 2010 with the same options (fully loaded 6spd). And now it seems they are asking almost the same amount on a "used" car that is already "Older"....just giving you my number on a new car bought in 2010.

symple84 08-14-2011 08:21 PM

Thanks!! They claim they owe more than 32k on the car and won't budge below 35,500 I guess they will be sitting on that car for a while....
