Hows this sound to you guys?

I have found what I think to be a pretty good deal on a Z:

2009 Monterrey Blue with white interior
14,300
Sports Package and manual
Car cover

We are at 26.4 ATM and I am seeing if they can make it an even 26.

good,bad,indifferent?

anyone??

That sounds pretty good. Do a little research on online car sites and see what cars are going for at those prices. You can even go to Emunds and find what the TMV (true market value) is for your region.

Personally, imho, a 2009 with ~15k miles, sports package and assuming the condition of the car is good, I'd say the price is good. If you can get them at a solid 26, even better.

I think 26 is still a little high. I'd go 25k tops. These cars aren't selling.

I think $26k is a fair deal for a base model and a good deal for a touring model

So the car has 14k miles, navigation, babied and the hole nine.

However it did hit the curb when it was icy this past winter and had to just replace the two driver side wheels. No body or structural damage, carfax checks out and rates still higher than most vehicles in that category, 90, and owner has paperwork to show work.

26.4 is the lowest they are willing to go.

Does this change anything?

I bought my 2010 7AT Monterrey Blue with white interior, fully loaded with stillen exhaust and KN intake, has 23k miles

Originally, the guy asked for 27.5k, I offered him 25k. I showed him cash ready to be given to him, he hesitated a bit but accepted the offer.

Maybe you can show them the cash to blind their judgement a bit ^_^ just a thought.

Dude, that's a great deal. Don't blow a $26k deal over $400.

He wont blow anything by trying to bring down the price thats how deals work...if anything they will blow the deal by not bringing it down $400 dollars. People always think its up to them to pay a little extra or else they car is gone. The best way to look at it is by realizing they are the ones not making 26,000 and not the customer.

I personally think 26k is high, the demand for these cars arent as high are their supply is. I would offer 25k and thats pushing it. Good luck!

I think it's not bad, considering it's touring with navi.
