Military 370z pricing
Hello everyone. I'm new to the forum and am most likely going to purchase a 370z Nismo when I get home from Iraq. I've been doing some research on prices and I was wondering if 38,599$ is a good price for a 2011 Nismo? The lady said that it is 300$ below dealer invoice and that's the best they can do. The discount she gave me was through USAA which is a common bank that many military people have. However, if you are deployed, I know there are many other programs which offer you to save 1000's off car prices when you are deployed if you decide to buy one overseas. Does anyone have any experience with purchasing a Z overseas with a military discount or been involved with an oversea purchasing program? Also, what is a good price for a 2011 Nismo? Thanks.

First off, welcome and thank you for your service to this country.
That price they quoted you is nothing special. You should be able to do better. However, with the recent earthquake in JP, there is a temporary shortage of inventory so if you can wait it out, you'll be able to get a much better deal at the end of the year or so when inventory improves. |
Thanks! Yeah I've just been doing a lot of research on the Z and price's because I want to make sure I am purchasing the right car for the right price. Hopefully we are out of Iraq by December and that's when I plan on buying it. Until then, just doing research and trying to find a good price. It's so boring over here so there is not much to do haha

PS--boring can be good. Wasn't too boring back in 04 when i was there. :) |
Yeah it's easy pay. Especially being an officer and getting tax free. Shouldn't have a problem paying off this Z haha.
