Should I buy extended Warranty ?

I was wondering if I can get some useful opinion/advice about buying extended warranty. Is it worth buying or not? Some say its worth buying and I've heard its a waste on money. I would like more input from you guys if possible. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

if doing engine mods of any kind then no

if you plan to keep it stock for more than 3 to 5 yrs then yes

personally i would take that extra money and get catback right off the bat

Thanks for the reply. Yeah im planning on getting this 09 370z Nismo. I know Nismo parts dont come cheap. Therefore Ive been contemplating If its worth it or not to buy the extended warranty.
