2009 Touring

Hi all,
2nd post, and am going to try and look at another Z and wanted your input.

2009 Touring (No sport) 6MT for $ 28,995. Just over 7,000 miles on it.

Was hoping to go in and say that I'd take it for 26,5 and see what they'd do. Is my bid insulting? I'm thinking that their price is a little high for a used '09.
