2009 PW 6spd Touring + Sport 33,000 miles for $26,200. How much lower do you think I can go?

I got a 2009 touring (no sport) 7at brand new (24 miles never owned) for 26k last month

33k miles is a lot. i wouldnt pay over 22 for that car, and even that would be a stretch

search kbb , edmunds, carmax,...

is this thing certified?

is it in great shape?

what kind of tires?

KBB says $31,555. Edmunds says $26,700. I negotiated down to $25,850.

I'm really torn, would appreciate some insight.

If it's any help, I grabbed my 2009 with 1,300 miles (had a previous owner) touring+sport for 29 otd. I thought that was a pretty fair price.
