Hunt Club told me that on Friday that they found 3, but the dealers don't want to let them go. They believe that they can sell them. Not sure if Newmarket is one of them.

You have a contract with your dealer that you MUST buy A nissan 370Z from them??? Or you had a 'contract' to buy the 370Z you ordered which THEY canceled? i dont know anything about Canada law, but that is one seriously unfair contract.

Anybody else order a 370Z that hasnt yet been canceled? I have an order with a dealer here, who says it still is 'pending'.... Obviously who knows, maybe he just doesnt wanna lose the sale.

He also doesnt want to sell me an instock one for same price (unless i wanna 2010)... Guess its a waiting game.

they have 90 days to del the car...but, due to the earthquake Nissan canada has canceled all orders...most dealers are not willing to let the 370 off the lot without a buyer...they moust release you! then buy the one we found...

BTW...OMVIC canada will also step in if you need help!

Checked with my dealer last Friday when I found out from this site that orders are being cancelled and they weren't aware when I told them. He quickly made some calls and yep ALL Z orders have been cancelled and will not begin production again until September '11. He was prepared to give my deposit back to me but asked if I would consider another Z IF he could find one. Fortunately he found a 2011 BM NISMO that was 4 hours away and could be trucked to me. So, that's what I'm driving today.

they tryed to put me in a nismo...but the roadster had my name all over it! no nav...but better then no Z....

I ordered in Jan, had a build date of Feb 12th. Still waiting to hear if it was shipped before the disaster.

ask for a vin number...if they cant give you one its over ;(

i saw it!! its a U.S. car no LSD and has the white leather...was thinking hard about it....with only 425miles so 680km its a good deal but not for me.

Sibze even went to look at it for me lol said its very clean...
