Need some input on a 2009 Red Base 370z

My brother had been looking for a used 370z base w/ sport package 6MT in red for quite some time now. Well, we found one in Las Vegas listing for 26.9k with only 5,000 miles. I'm looking to get it for 24-25k. Is that reasonable price? Plus, I've never bought a car from out of state before, how is the process and how do I pay taxes?

Here are the pictures:

wont hurt to ask for 26k OTD, I believe you will have to tell then which state you going to register the car to and they will base you're TTL on that.

I think your figure is more than fair. It has offically depreciated 2 years, USED and has a partially depleted warranty.

As a guide, NEW 2010s should be 2500-3000 below invoice. So a NEW 2009 should be 5000-6000 below. Add in additional subtractions for the milage and depleted warranty and i think you will know what a Good deal price is.

With that being said, of course a dealership can ask whatever they want for it. Maybe someone will pay more than they should to. Just illustrating that the better deal would be a NEW one with full warranty, if the dealership holds firm.

yea, 24-26k is a reasonable price to pay.

5,000 miles is very low, I'd ask for 24k OTD if it's possible.
