What's up with Edmunds True Market Value?
 
For those of you that have experience using the Edumunds site, what's up with this feature?

You put in your 370Z with whatever options you may want and it turn out that the TMV is simply the exact same as the MSRP. Wasn't this tool supposed to aide buyers?

It seems to me that there's not much thought into it when you pick your Z and pick your accessories or whatever... It's just the same as MSRP? What's the point?

TMV is much more useful for used cars. On new cars like the 370Z there isn't enough data yet to calculate otherwise, so msrp is used.

Right now, just assume ANY car can be had for invoice pricing, except possibly hybrids and the Prius lol. Its a buyers market, right now.
