I think with 5k miles assuming no damage $34k is fair for an 09 NISMO. You might be able to get it cheaper if the seller needs to move it now.

Theres a black nismo on ebay with a buy it now of 35K...

edit--34,860 to be exact

OP - I agree with you; offer $30k . It might take a week or two, maybe a little longer but you will get it for around $30k if you can exercize PATIENCE :)

There's no way he's getting that NISMO for 30k, the seller could take it to a dealer and trade it in for more than that, patience isn't going to make him dump the price lower privately than he could get in a trade. Heck, ducky even mentioned he knew someone who got 31k in a trade-in. I mean I guess I shouldn't rule it out entirely due to people being in desperate situations and not using all of their resources, but the guy would be crazy to sell it privately for 30k.

but why but that when you can buy a new one for a few grand more??

Kenchan hit it on the head. I done plenty of research in the tx,la,ar,ok area. Somewhere between 34-36k is what they are charging. What I do think is this area charges unfair prices. The only states I see that have great prices are Missouri and Kansas. You can save an extra 2k or 3k out there.

It seems like $33,000 is as low as I can get them. What would you guys do? Carfax is clean by the way.
