Lease Payments on a base Z?

I'm curious about how much people are paying for a basic Z with/without the aero package on a 3 year lease with 12k miles a year and 2000 down with excellent credit.
I'm getting quoted at prices from the lowest being 450 to the outrageous being 557. I think this is ridiculous because I was looking at a fully loaded 32k GTI and with the same 2000 down and credit score, i was gonna be paying 380 as opposed to 450-557. I talked to one salesman and he told me its because of the depreciation but even then he told me that the only Z he has for 550 a month is a 39k roadster not a base 31k Z.

The Z has terrible Money factors. NMAC's is watching their liquidity very closely so in turn they are making leasing on low volume cars very unattractive. You are better off doing a 60 month buy. Every healthy lender has about a 70/30 Retail to lease portfolio, NMAC's is 48/52 Retail to lease due to the northeastern states.

problem with that is, im looking to get a new car in 3 years

I hear yeah, just trying to help you understand why.

Oh no i know im sorry i didnt mean to sound rude at all very sorry about that.
But i just dont see why im getting quoted as far up as 557. id rather get a bmw at that point.
and they keep telling me i cant add the aero package to a base z yet, im sitting here looking at my screen and clicking on "add aero package" on the nissan website.

thanks for the info fusz. i wondered why the 370s lease was so pricey when the car seems to hold its value so well(so far). this explains quite a bit.

Money Factor :

Tier 1 - .00285

I just worked a great deal at my local nissan dealership,36 month lease, 2010 base w/ sport..Initially I put 2500 down and my payments were 573 with the first payment due at signing..I accepted that deal (I know it sucks), went home and slept on it. I woke up feeling horrible and went back to dealership prepared to give the car back..After some phone calls and such, they refunded me 1,000.00, made my first months payments and lowered the payments to 470 a month. They say they cant do it but the dealerships will bend bad enough if they want the sale.

i pay 440 3k down ( incl first month ) 15k year / 39 months - base Z with rear spoiler...

since basically turned it into a sports package.. The sports package price was a bit over 500 to lease, so i went with the base and found a vlsd pumpkin (600) and picked up a set of rays and sold my 18s.. Wound up paying around 500 for the rays in the end...

still have no brakes or auto rev match but in the end it saved me a few bucks on my payment each month.

First off thank you everyone for the feedback i really appreciate it.
@airkb11, I think you ultimately got a good deal. I was able to talk a few dealers down to 450/ month tax included with 2k down and 12k miles a year for a 36 month lease on a sport Z.
@chuckd05, i think in all honesty you got ripped off for a base Z with the aerodynamics package (I take it that's how your car is and the only time a base Z will have the rear spoiler is with the aero package or sport package and you said you didn't get the sport package). I was able to get a dealer to lease that very same car to me, base Z with the aero package for 440/month with 2k down and 36 month lease for 36 months. I ended up just forgetting the aero package and getting a base 6 speed z for 418/month with 2k down and 12k miles a year for 36months.
Unfortunately I'm forced to leave the country bc of a family emergency and won't be back for until the first week of
August and the dealer said they can only hold the deal until July 30th but I'm sure they'll extend it.
I don't think they'll lose a deal over 7 days.

I put down 3k minus first month and whatever fees. I also have 15k a year NOT 12k and it's 39 months. Buy out is just under 16k. So I basically have almost an extra years worth of miles on you at your 12k.... You leased for 36k miles... I have it until 48k miles....

Our payments are nearly identical and I do have the aero package, front floor mats, trunk matt , and illuminated door sills. On top of that I was a tier lower than they originally figured , The deal would of been 380 a month if I had perfect credit or tier 0 or whatever they call it.. So I don't think I got " Ripped Off ". That's a bit ridiculous. If you have perfect credit in all honestly you should be able to do better than what you are right now at 12k miles a year....

I've also had my car for 10 months. Nissan has undoubtedly lowered their prices since than. The deal was written up at 500 over invoice about 3 months after they came out. I was more than happy and still am with this deal.

But this is really a pointless post because you seem all gung ho about your payment that is 22 dollars less minus the spoiler, floor matts, illuminated door sills, and 3k less miles a year... The extra options I have pretty much negates the few extra bucks I put down. I really feel as if your post has a bit or arrogance .. But that is just my "honest" opinion.
