Car has 1400 miles. Price = $32,000.
Leather, Automatic, heated / cooled seats.

Big question - does the blind spot really pose a problem?
Is the seat too confining with a winter coat on ?

my miata lease is ending and the Z looks like a fun car.

That price is so low for only 1400 miles that it seems suspiciously low. Assuming it has the more or less typical options, but no navigation, the invoice on a new '10 roadster with auto and sport is about 42.3k. Make sure all the "t"s are crossed and the "i"s are dotted if you pull the trigger.
